Structure and Function:
Used to feed the decoiler, transporting steel coils from the storage platform to the decoiler shaft. Travel is controlled by a hydraulic motor, lifting is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
Lifting Mechanism: Hydraulic cylinder with sliding four-column guide structure provides lifting power, moving the V-shaped coil platform up and down to handle coils.
Travel Mechanism: Hydraulic motor with parallel guide rails drives the car along the decoiler shaft. Limit blocks at both ends prevent derailment.

3、Uncoiling and Coil Pressing / Uncoiling Device
- Function:
Supports steel coils, expands the inner diameter, feeds or recovers material, and provides tension. Composed of frame, main shaft, expanding shaft, unwinding pressure device, auxiliary supports, brake system, and power unit.。
- Construction
- a) Main Frame:Welded from steel profiles, A3 plates, and #45 forged bearing seats; annealed to prevent deformation; bearing seats machined to ensure shaft concentricity.
b) Main Shaft:40Cr steel, 85mm through-hole, quenched and tempered, diameter 190mm, load capacity 10T.
c) Expanding Shaft: Slide-type push-pull expansion; four arc plates (45# steel) with line-cut sliders; expansion Φ470–520mm; working length 850mm; core shaft ensures concentricity; surface chrome-plated.
d) Unwinding Pressure Device: Composed of pressure roller, support arm, hydraulic cylinder; roller coated with polyurethane to prevent material from loosening; support arm moves via hydraulic cylinder.
e) Brake System: Pneumatic disc brake with adjustable force; locks when stopped to prevent coil backlash. Synchronized with feed control.
f) Hydraulic Power: Push-pull expanding shaft driven by hydraulic cylinder Φ150×150mm; lifting cylinder Φ80×220mm.

Function:

Function:
Positions steel strips and applies uniform tension to each strip for rewinding. Tension determines the tightness of the coil and ensures neat winding. The system consists of main frame, front separation frame, pressure unit, rear separation frame, tension table, and guide rollers.
B、Construction:
Main Frame: Welded from profiles and steel plates, annealed and machined for reference surfaces.
Front Separation Frame: Independent guide-rail type; connected to main frame with two chrome-plated guide rods. Separation plates mounted on removable shafts for easy replacement. Frame equipped with hydraulic cylinder for vertical movement and adjustable stopping positions.
Tension Table: Composed of side plates, upper gantry, lower/upper pads, hydraulic cylinders. Wool felt fixed on pads; steel strip passes between pads and is pressed to generate tension. Upper pads driven synchronously by two hydraulic cylinders.
10、Guide Rollers & Tray Device:
Guide Rollers: Bearing-mounted, seamless steel tube with PU coating; dynamically balanced to guide strips into rewinder.
