1. Embossing Rollers: Two integrated solid forged rollers made of 42CrMo alloy steel, processed with heat treatment to a hardness of HRC55°–60°, and finished with chrome plating for extra durability.
2. Embossing Roller Size: Φ450mm × 1450mm; working plate thickness 1–4mm. The engraved depth on the concave roller is 2.7mm, while the convex roller height is 2.0mm. Pattern: customizable leaf pattern. Suitable for embossing carbon steel sheets.
3. Power System: Equipped with one 15kW national standard motor and one special reducer (China National Standard brand). Working speed: 7m/min.

5. Machine Frame: Overall welded frame design; side wall thickness 110mm, made of solid material for stability. Machine dimensions: 3.2m (L) × 1m (W) × 1.8m (H). Total weight: 8 tons.
6. Pressure Adjustment: Screw-type up and down adjustment with worm gear transmission, manually controlled on both sides. Equipped with a manual pressure adjustment scale for accurate reference.
7. Accessories: One feeding rack 1.5m × 5m, 13 support rollers, and 4 guide wheels.
8. Inspection and Acceptance: The supplier will conduct a factory test run. Acceptance is based on achieving the embossing effect of the provided samples.
