ZTRFM Omega Purlin Roll Former full production line
The ZTRFM Top Hat Section Roll Forming Machine is a high-speed production line designed for manufacturing hat channels, omega purlins, and C-shaped profiles used in light steel framing. Equipped with 16 forming stations, PLC automation, and a servo flying cutoff, the line ensures stable running, high accuracy, and continuous production even at higher speeds.
This Omega Purlin Roll Former supports CR and GI steel up to 550MPa, with coil widths from 150–300mm and thickness from 0.8–2.0mm, making it suitable for a wide range of construction applications, including roof trusses, structural purlins, and modular building systems.
