During the visit, our engineering team demonstrated the complete production process, from coil feeding to automatic roll forming, hydraulic punching, servo cutting, and finished product collection. The acceptance test was highly successful, and the customer expressed great satisfaction with the machine’s overall performance, forming accuracy, and production efficiency.
Factory acceptance testing is one of the most important steps before shipment. Comprehensive Machine Inspection
Upon arriving at the factory, the Algerian customer was welcomed by Zhongtuo’s sales and engineering teams. The visit began with a detailed introduction to the production workshop, machining center, assembly area, and quality inspection process.
Our engineers carefully explained every component of the production line, including:
- 1.5-ton passive decoiler

The customer carefully inspected the overall machine structure, electrical cabinet, hydraulic station, transmission system, and roller assembly, expressing confidence in Zhongtuo’s manufacturing standards and workmanship.
Successful Trial Production
After the equipment inspection, the acceptance test officially began.
Galvanized steel coils with a thickness of 0.3–0.6 mm were loaded onto the decoiler. The production line operated smoothly as the material entered the roll forming section. Throughout the testing process, the machine maintained stable operation at high speed while producing two different hat channel profiles with excellent consistency.
The customer closely observed every production stage, including:
- Automatic feeding
- Continuous roll forming
- Profile straightening
- Hydraulic punching
- Servo hydraulic cutting
- Finished product discharge
The entire production line operated continuously without interruption, demonstrating excellent stability and synchronization.
High-Speed and Stable Performance
One of the highlights of this acceptance test was the machine’s stable production speed.
Powered by a 7.5 kW main motor, combined with a heavy-duty gear transmission system and precision Cr12 forming rollers, the production line maintained smooth operation throughout the entire testing process.
The customer was particularly impressed by the machine’s ability to produce two different hat channel profiles on a single production line, which greatly reduces equipment investment while improving manufacturing flexibility.
This intelligent production solution allows manufacturers to respond quickly to different customer orders without installing two separate roll forming machines. Similar integrated hat channel production concepts are increasingly adopted to improve flexibility and reduce manufacturing costs.

Following the successful acceptance test, the customer officially approved the machine for shipment.
Our production team immediately began the final cleaning, anti-rust treatment, protective packaging, and container loading preparations to ensure the equipment arrives safely at the customer’s factory in Algeria.
