We are pleased to share another successful overseas project from Cangzhou Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery. Our customized Triangle Tee Roll Forming Machine, also known as a Spring Tee Carrier Roll Forming Machine, has been successfully installed and put into operation at a customer’s factory in Belgium.
After commissioning and trial production, the Clip-In Ceiling Carrier Machine demonstrated stable operation, accurate profile forming, and reliable hydraulic flying cutting performance. The Belgian customer expressed positive feedback on the machine quality, production efficiency, and customized design.
Customized Design Based on Customer Triangle Tee Roll Forming Machine Requirements
This Triangle Tee Roll Forming Machine was specially designed according to the customer’s required profile and production specifications. The production line processes 0.7 mm galvanized steel strip and uses a 12-station roll forming design to gradually form the required ceiling carrier profile.
To ensure stable forming performance, the machine is equipped with Cr12 forming rollers, a 50 mm shaft diameter, and a reliable gear transmission system. Each section works together to maintain consistent profile dimensions throughout continuous production.
The customized machine configuration also includes an oil application device at the material inlet. This design helps prepare the material for the forming process and supports smooth production according to the customer’s manufacturing requirements.
Stable Triangle Tee Roll Forming Machine with Hydraulic Flying Tracking Cutting
During trial production, the hydraulic flying tracking cutting system performed efficiently with the roll forming section. Unlike conventional stop-and-cut production, the cutting system follows the formed profile and performs cutting during continuous operation.
The machine is equipped with a 1.5 kW servo tracking system and a hydraulic cutting unit, allowing the production line to achieve a working speed of up to 20 m/min, depending on the final profile and production conditions.
The customer was particularly satisfied with the stability of the production process and the consistency of the finished Triangle Tee profiles. Accurate forming and reliable cutting are especially important for ceiling carrier production, as the finished profiles must work properly with the complete clip-in ceiling system.
Positive Feedback from the Belgian Customer
After the machine entered stable production, the Belgian customer gave positive feedback on the equipment’s performance. The customer recognized the machine’s stable operation, accurate profile forming, and convenient control system.
The successful operation of this project once again demonstrates Zhongtuo’s ability to provide customized roll forming solutions based on customer samples, profile requirements, and production specifications.

Siemens Control System Provides Easy Operation
To make daily operation more convenient, the machine uses a Siemens touch screen and frequency inverter. The automatic PLC control system coordinates the main production process and allows operators to set and adjust production parameters through the control interface.
The machine also supports a Chinese and English operating interface, making machine operation and parameter management more convenient.
In addition, Zhongtuo incorporated several safety-focused features into the customized production line, including an emergency stop button and an openable protective safety cover. These features help improve operational safety and make machine inspection and maintenance more convenient.
