Recently, Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery welcomed an important overseas customer to our factory for the on-site inspection of the Automatic Chicken Feeder with Upcycled Gutter Roll Forming Machine. The customer closely observed the production of metal chicken feeders formed from upcycled gutter profiles. Compared with traditional PVC feeders, this metal solution offers significant advantages:

- 3T manual decoiler for stable material feeding
- Main roll forming machine with 28 rolling stations for precise shaping
- PLC control system for intelligent operation
- Hydraulic cutting and stepping system for accurate length control
- Product collection table for efficient output handling
The machine adopts Cr12 chromed rollers, 45# steel shafts with heat treatment, and a strong cast iron frame structure, ensuring long service life and reliable operation even under continuous production conditions.
With a working speed of up to 15 m/min, the machine significantly improves production efficiency while maintaining product quality.
